Refund policy
We will gladly accept returns of non-personalized items within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Return shipping is at the expense of the buyer, and the buyer is responsible for any loss of value if an item has not been returned in its original condition. Refunds can only be sent to the original payment method. Refunds will be issued once the item has been received and inspected.
Due to the nature of items that have been personalized, we cannot issue a refund unless the item has arrived damaged or broken. If this is the case, we will need pictures for proof of the item's damage. The buyer may elect to have the product replaced or refunded.
We do not accept cancellations on personalized orders. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
