Designing Revisions Policy

This policy applies to the Revisions portion of designing with MilkWagon.

Each personalized or customized product is allotted two revisions per listing purchased. If a product requires more than two revisions, an Additional Revision Fee is required to continue with the designing process, which will be billed out to the e-mail you provide.

If the client elects to not pay the Additional Fee within 5 days of a second proofing, the product will be produced from the most recent proof that was sent.

To avoid an Additional Revision Fee, please ensure when placing your order that all design ideas are described in as much detail as possible. If there are questions regarding an order before it is placed, please get in touch via the Contact Us page.

Commissioned Painting Policy

This policy applies to the Commission sections of MilkWagon.

Deposits on commissioned pieces are non-refundable. 

Once your deposit or payment is received, we will be in contact with you via the e-mail you provide to discuss your project. You will then receive an invoice for the remainder of the project, if only the deposit was made, within 3-5 business days. The invoice must be paid before any work is begun. This includes the proof. 

Clients are welcome to provide their own items (milk cans, windows, etc.) for a commission. The client is responsible for shipping or delivering the item. Please note that all glass is replaced for windows.
